What type of events do you cater to?

We provide mobile bartending services in the state of Maryland. We have a featured mobile bar that was converted from a horse trailer! It was designed with the idea of uniqueness in mind. Who wants the same thing everyone else has? Not us! Our Packages page provides the basic options for what we can provide for your event, but for a custom quote, please reach out to us!

We also offer smaller bars available for rental, for indoor venues and smaller get-togethers! Already have a bar at your venue, but need bartender(s)? We'd be happy to help! Hiring one of our bartenders starts at $50/hour.

What services do you provide?

Champagne Quarters is a dry hire mobile bar and bartending service which means we do not have a liquor license due to Maryland liquor laws and cannot provide the alcohol for any event. However, we can provide everything BUT the alcohol. We DO have Liquor Liability, General Liability and FLIP Insurance.

Yes, we do! Each of our packages include 1 non-alcoholic beverage - clients' choice! Our Mocktail Package (Shimmering) includes up to 4 mocktails of your choosing. Not enough mocktails for your event? Feel free to add as many as you'd like - check out the Additional Services page for all of our add-ons.
Not everyone drinks and that’s awesome, but too many weddings and get-togethers offer just water or soda for these individuals...how boring! Now, you'll have a drink that looks as fancy as the others do around you. Besides...who needs to know?
Mocktails will be served from the same window as alcoholic beverages, so we will need a headcount of how many guests attending your event will be ordering these mocktails so we know exactly how much to prepare and bring.

We are based in Anne Arundel County, Maryland; we are willing to travel & can travel to the very far corners of Maryland. Outside of the Annapolis area, we offer a 30-mile radius - anywhere outside of that radius will be $0.75 per mile.

Where are you located?

We do not offer just the trailer for rental (e.g. dropping it off for an event and picking it up later - letting someone else bartend); we prefer to stay with our mobile bar since so much time, effort & love went into making our masterpiece!
We're also very happy to rent out the trailer as a backdrop for photoshoots at a lower cost (only props for drinks are included, e.g. flutes) - contact us for more info on how this works!

Do you just offer the trailer as a rental?

Great! You want us to help celebrate with you! First things first, fill out the form on our Book Now page - it will ask you for some basic information we'll need to know for your event. Next, we'll schedule a consultation call or meeting to discuss what you're thinking in terms of the menu for your guests. From there, we'll construct a contract for you with your custom quote and finalized menu.
Due to Maryland liquor laws, we're prohibited from purchasing alcohol for you; however, we will provide you with a detailed shopping list so you know just what to purchase before the event. Once we have a finalized guest count and the menu has been decided on, we can assist you with figuring out just how much alcohol to purchase.

How does it work?

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to hold your date on our books - this will happen once you've signed our contract. In the month leading up to your event, we will reach out to discuss decor options for the bar, the finalized/personalized menu, etc. 
14 days before the event, the final guest count is due, as well as final payment. If the guest count has increased from the amount in the original contract, the final payment will reflect this adjustment on an updated contract and invoice. If the guest count has not increased, the final payment will remain the quoted amount in the original contract. Once we have this information and payment, we will let you know the exact quantities for you to purchase the alcohol required for your event.
We accept cash, credit card, check, Venmo, and payment via the link provided.

What is your payment policy?

The horse trailer itself is 6 ft wide x 7 ft tall x 10 ft long. It will be towed by a 23 ft long truck. We need enough space to pull the trailer in with a truck and move the tow vehicle out of the way. We prefer flat ground when available!

We also have indoor bars for you to rent if your venue is mainly an indoor venue. We have a 6 ft foldable bar that can fit just about anywhere.

Do you need access to power?

Our horse trailer has a generator that runs fairly quietly! If you’d like to avoid the generator, we have an extension cord that can reach up to 100ft, but please contact us directly so we can discuss alternative options outside of the generator.

Peak season begins around April - May and runs until about October - November (you never know with Maryland weather!). If you are interested in booking during these months, just keep in mind that they might fill up rather quickly. Cancellations are always a possibility, so feel free to contact us and see what's available. We prefer at least a month in advance to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Because we aim to book as far in advance as possible, we are likely unable to reschedule an event due to rain. If your event is cancelled or postponed, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss and try to accomodate a new date. The retainer fee will be able to be transferred to the new date if we’re able to reschedule your event due to inclement weather.
We'd be happy to discuss setup with your tent vendor, so you and your guests can still enjoy the mobile bar experience we have to offer, even with a lack of sunshine!

Do you have a rain date policy?

Yes, we always check IDs. It is illegal to serve alcohol to a minor; we take every precaution we can when it comes to keeping our guests safe and abiding by the law.
